Meet Iris

Born and raised in Germany, Iris now resides with her husband Mark and Chihuahua Corky, in Arizona. Their grown son Daniel works as a software consultant in Arizona, living close by.

Although the move from Germany to the US was not easy, God’s hand was evident. In Arizona, God called Iris back into His flock. Her ministries in the past included leading women Bible studies and leading worship once month with a contemporary praise team.

In 2006 Iris and Lynn co-founded this devotional site with the intention of reaching women around the globe with the message of salvation through Jesus. Iris believes that God has called Christians to share His grace and mercy will all;  no matter where they have been. He has pulled Iris out of the pit, and she is grateful for that.

Iris has always had a love for photography, but after her son Daniel moved out, photography became more than just a hobby. Iris’ dreams are to self-publish a photography book with Bible passages; and becoming a full-time photographer—leaving corporate America behind.
