Meet Joan
After many years living in California’s Central Valley, Joan now makes her home in Northern California. She is married to her college sweetheart and is the mother of two grown children, and the grandmother of one adorable little girl. She and her husband enjoy exploring the great outdoors and marveling at the wonders of God’s creation all around them. As a young mother, Joan felt God’s tug on her heart and accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior, and over the years has been learning just “how wide and high and deep God’s love really is” (Ephesians 3:18). Through both smooth and challenging times in her life, Joan has seen God’s faithfulness and looks at each day as a new day to celebrate His goodness.
Joan has a heart for serving God in women’s ministries and it is her desire to encourage other women to come to a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. Joan believes that everything in our lives happens for a reason and the life-lessons learned along the way should be shared with others in order to build the body up for Christ.
