Meet Krista

Hi, I’m Krista Moody and I am very excited about this wonderful opportunity to join the Laced With Grace writing team.

I currently live in Marion, Arkansas. I was raised in a Christian home and attended church regularly, but I didn’t give my life and my whole heart to the Lord until 5 years ago. The love that He has shown me has only made me want to become more like Him and show that love to others. I have never known a love like this before….it changes everything! I love the Lord and He has my whole heart…I am taken! The more I get to know the Lord the more I want to reach out and make a difference and be apart of changing lives.

Writing is a passion of mine and I love to write what God lays on my heart. When I write, I feel like I am doing what I was created to do. I am new to the blogging world and started my personal blog in August 2010. My desire is to share the life changing truth with love and bring encouragement to ladies all over the world.

My heartbeat is to reach the hurting, broken and the lost. I was once a sheep that wondered off and ended up tangled up and trapped in the woods left for dead, but Jesus left the flock searching for me and came to my rescue. I love the parable of the lost sheep (Luke 15:1-10). I am ever so grateful for His gentleness, mercy and unfailing love. I am currently writing my first book about the life changing love of Christ Jesus and how love changes everything…how it changed my life.

Here are a few more things about myself. Someday I would love to eventually learn how to play the guitar and piano and learn a foreign language (Spanish). Also, I would love to take photography classes and take photographs as a hobby.
