BAD DAYS COME SOMETIMES, BUT GOD IS ALWAYS THERE

“………..for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” Hebrews 13:5(b) KJV

Last Thursday I drove my husband to the hospital ER with severe stomach pains, and first thing an X-RAY was done then an NG tube was placed into his nose and down into his stomach.

The foulest stufff was pumping out, I thought no wonder you are in pain.  Friday all day he was NPO as his stomach contents were pumped.

Saturday the NG tube was removed and he tolerated breakfast and lunch very well so the Doctor thought he was okay to go home.

Sunday morning he woke up at 4:30 am again with raging pain and back we go to the hospital ER.

This time the NG tube was so hard to get down because his nose and throat was so very sore from the previous time. It broke my heart to see him have to suffer.

Finally the ER doctor gave him some Lidocaine to numb his nasal and throat passage as he carefully put down the tube into his stomach.

He had test done Monday and Tuesday and the findings were he  has GASTROPARESIS,  which I had never heard of but is quiet common in diabetic and Parkinson’s patients.

I was feeling kind of rained on, because when our loved ones are in horrible pain it is almost more than we can stand.

I am so thankful that in each and every situation in life God has PROMISED THAT HE WILL NEVER LEAVE US NOR FORSAKE US.

HE WILL GIVE US THE STRENGTH TO GO THROUGH THE TRIAL, OUR FAITH WILL ALWAYS BE STRONGER, AND WE WILL

ALWAYS FEEL CLOSER TO GOD WHEN THE TRIAL IS OVER.

Remember we will never suffer or go through anything that Jesus has not already gone through or suffered when He was giving His Life for us on the cross.

He ALWAYS  loves us and cares for

our every need.

Dear Readers God loves you He will always be right by your side. Blessings Gloria

Gloria, I enjoy your readings, they always seem to touch home for me. This one is very close, my Uncle, is in hospital dying, his wife has been in there with him. That is my Mothers only family except her children. I have been down with my MS & in a wheelchair for weeks, Friday my only brother became very ill, was put in hospital and given blood all weekend to find out he has stomach ulcers. This morning we had to rush my Mother by ambulance to the hospital, she could not breathe. Now my Husband is throwing up and running fever. I love Jesus…..but my load is HEAVY!!! And Friday I had to take my pup to vet, she has pancreatitis and almost died. I just got her home last night! My cup is running over, would you please say a Prayer for My Family! I also have several friends that are sick. God Bless;)

Gloria, my prayers go out for Shug, you, and the family. We all have our burdens, and God didn’t promise us a life on this earth without them, but did promise us that if we believe and lean on Him, he would see us through. I am so thankful for that! God bless you and your family.

Amen to that Gloria. I agree, when our loved ones are suffering, it is hard to stay calm. But He gives us His strength to go through the valleys.
