		<description>I agree that she needs to set the example for her son and she is not doing so.  Maybe the ending of this job is God&#039;s way of leading him to something more fitting to him.  Instead of putting energy into being angry, they need to listen to what God is trying to show them!  I&#039;m sorry this has been a hard situation for you and I pray it is soothed over quickly!</description>

Even today, my husband (who is a pastor) had to go to a leader of a church board and tell that gentleman thank you for the decades of service as the leader, but the church nominating committee has decided due to many factors including his health that its time to step aside for someone else. Yes doing something like that is hard. Thank you for this post. I needed to hear it.</description>
