Make your life count!

In life, there are no “do-overs”. Oh, there are those moments where we get second chances but when it comes to our life…we only get one chance at this journey we are on. And it is a very short journey, that could be over at any moment. Even more reason for us to make each day count.

Being kind, climbing the corporate ladder, making money and giving to charities are all good things and can bring recognition, for some, even a plaque on a wall. But making our lives count for God is the challenge each of us need to embark on each and every day.

Each of us are given different opportunities from God, it is up to each of us to be sure our time is not being wasted. May we use each opportunity to put our stamp on this world, in a godly way.

Each day, our focus should be to fulfill the reason God has placed us here. (And each of us has a reason), we have a definite purpose. The main purpose is to serve and glorify God through our lives! One of the greatest legacies that one can leave behind is lives that have been touched and influenced for God throughout our journey.

The Bible says that the people perish “where there is no vision” what is needed more than anything in these last days is for people to be sold out to God. Do not be afraid to dream big and have complete faith in Him.

Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.” -Proverbs 29:18

Every single day someone dies and will be separated from God forever because they did not know Christ as their Savior. Everyday someone experiences pain, hurt, sadness and trials without knowing the peace of God. God has called us to be light in a dark world.

God has given each of us just one life to make a difference. My question for you today is…what difference is your life making? No better time to impact someone than this Resurrection weekend! May we all make our life count for God while we have the chance!

BLESSINGS. Laurie

So true, Laurie. We do only have one chance and I try to share what Jesus has done in my life. I think that if we share our on experiences as living for God, people are more open to listen.
