ONLY IF I EMPTY MYSELF OF ME- CAN GOD FILL ME WITH HIM

“Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee.” Psalm 143:8

Such a simple request God asks, rely on Me, not on yourself. It is such human nature for us to go all the way with Gods’ thinking and His plan for us…… except one or two tiny little things that we are sure that God would want us to use of our own thinking.

We are so sure that we need a thought or two of our own, but; NO, Gods’ plan is for us to completely empty ourselves of our thoughts about the plan for our lives and COMPLETELY, ENTIRELY, ONLY think on HIS thoughts for our lives.

“Letting Go” and “Letting God” is really a scary thing…unless we are completely trusting in the Will of God. Because His Will is so simple, “TRUST ME, I AM GOD, I AM THE WAY, THE ONLY WAY.”

To completely trust God is to give the problem to God, and get down on our knees, asking God for the answer, no thoughts of our own but completely using the words and answers that the Holy Spirit gives us.

Gods’ answer may not come in five minutes, ten minutes or even one whole day of prayer, but HIS WORD tells us that ” the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much”, meaning if we are steadfast with our seeking HIS, answer God is always faithful in giving us HIS answer.

When Gods’ answer comes to us, it may seem to be backwards, upside down and sideways; but dear reader do it Gods’ way and it will be correct, and when we only follow HIS way are we completely in His Will and our lives will be at peace with Him.

Always remember, that God wants the very best for His children, NEVER second best.
