Saying Goodbye
“And now, just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to follow him. Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.” Colossians 2:6-7 (NLT)
It is bittersweet that this will be the last post on Laced with Grace. I have been blessed to work alongside so many amazing women for the past 13 years.
We hope that God has used our writings to encourage you in your walk with Him. We pray that His Word washed over you with mercy and grace as we have shared our personal lives with you.
My dear friends, please remember to stay rooted in His Word, so that no one can lead you astray.
“Don’t let anyone capture you with empty philosophies and high-sounding nonsense that come from human thinking and from the spiritual powers of this world, rather than from Christ. As for me, I will be focusing on restarting my photography business. If you are interested in following my photography journey, you can find me at Iris Nelson Photography.
Until our Lord returns or will take us home, live loved and with gratitude. At times life is hard, however the Lord will give us the strength we need to see us through.
“For I can do everything through Christ,who gives me strength.” Philippians 4:13
I couldn’t help but shed a tear. Thank you, Iris, for living loved and grateful; for living a life of obedience; for giving some of us an opportunity to write and others to read and find comfort and encouragement. God bless you as you seek Him in your journey. Love you, my friend.
Thank you Marsha for your faithful service over the past years. It has meant a lot to me and the community of believers. May God continue to guide you (us) to let His light shine.
