Step Back!
One of the hardest things to do in trying times is to do nothing at all. By nature, we all are fixers …we want to fix things.
However, God is the ultimate Fix ‘er upper! Nothing happens without His direct intervention. He tells us to “be still” or in other words, “step back”!
Challenges come to us in various sizes, some are small and last just a short time while other challenges are huge and hang around for awhile. No matter the size or timeframe, panic, fear and worry is sure to set in.
The good news about challenges in life is that God sees and knows exactly what we are going through. He wants us to know that whatever the situation, He is there!
(Psalm 46:10) “Be still and know I am God.”
Every difficult situation that you find yourself in is a perfect opportunity for God to show up! So, next time you are overwhelmed and need to find a way to fix your situation, just step back , and know that God is on the case.
