The Lord’s Day
Psalm 118:24
This is the day the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.
Triune; The Father, The Son
The Holy Spirit, three joined as One.
Holy; You are honored above all things.
We worship and praise You as we sing.
Exault and worship we give You this day.
Your children stand and say.
Love is Your mission and Your creed,
lavished upon us to meet every need.
On this Sunday, dawned beautiful and bright,
We proclaim your majesty, wonder, and might.
Rich blessings and provision You freely give,
through Jesus, our Redeemer, that we might live.
D’aily Your promises we read in Your Word.
Our hearts are strengthened and our soul’s are stirred.
Sabboth Sunday, a day for reflection and rest.
To prepare for the week, to give our best.
Dancing in circles of grace,
you smile as You look upon our face.
Always and forever we will worship You, King.
Our Father and giver of every good thing.
Yahweh, the First and the Last,
Alpha, Omega of our future, present and past!
